  • Max comes to school everyday with a great smile. He has been working on his reading everyday and it shows. He is a kind and helpful friend. Way to be a Steele Star!

  • As I was doing grades, I happened to notice that Ziyad had the most growth in my class from the beginning of the year to when we took it again in December on his iReady Math Diagnostic. He has continued to grow and persevere this year, and I'm proud of the accomplishments he has made! Great job, Ziyad!

  • Lillian continues to be a leader in many ways. She is helpful, kind, and shows so much empathy to others. She will guide others if they are confused or need a little help. She is a true star in our classroom and we are very proud of her! Way to go, Lillian! Keep shining!

  • Divina is a true Steele Superstar! She is always participating in class and has a lot of enthusiasm for learning. I can always count on Divina to be doing the right thing and she encourages others to do the same. She gives 100% each and every day. I am so proud of you, Divina! Keep it up!

  • Liam has done a great job during I.A.R. testing this week. He went back to check his work and took his time. He's made an extra effort to be friendly at recess and include everyone who wants to play. Liam has also worked hard during our class math time.

  • Raymonii worked hard on all her IAR tests this week. She checked over her work, tried her best, and never gave up. She even tried to encourage others to make good choices as well. I am so proud of her!

  • Austin is working hard on self awareness and ownership of choices during his day. He is making great gains in both areas and has been a role model for others in the room. I am proud of his achievements this past week! Keep up the great work, Austin!

  • Amia has persevered in her transition to Steele School. Starting in a new school in a cast and wheelchair was definitely not easy. But she came with a smile on her face everyday. Since getting her cast/boot off, she has done a great job getting used to things like PE and recess again. All the while, she has kept a positive attitude and came to school trying her best each day. I am so proud of you Amia!

  • Tess takes her time and always does her best. She is positive and is willing to help others.
