Steele Stars came to the cafeteria for the first all school assembly of the school year. We went over assembly expectations, said the pledge together and reviewed the Zones of Regulation. The entire school practiced box breathing and how to work to get back in the green zone (ultimate learning zone). In the picture above, Mrs. Coate, principal, is showing the Steele Star signal which indicates that everyone should be quiet and focused on the person speaking. Overall, the students were wonderfully behaved and engaged in learning about feelings and how to respond to them appropriately. #Thisis205 #wearesteele
